Cod 2019 hands down with gun designs, textures, animations, sounds and raw mechanics. But the actual gameplay is shit unless you like drop shotters with mp5s and constant helicopters and jets making you go fucking deaf.

Unironically Modern Warfare 2019, they springy bounce OOMPH you get from all the shotgun make me cum instantly. Super satisfying visual recoil on all weapons in that game.

Easily one of my favorite grenade type weapons in an FPS. Tossing it around a corner and hearing multiple enemies die or see them come flying around the corner dead is so satisfying.
Honorable mention to the Voodoo Doll because it's such a funny weapon to use pretty much every weapon in Blood is great.
