Is HW:DE worth it? I enjoy turning my brain off in mosou games and experiencing the flashy combat. How's the grind with adventure mode?

grinding is the entire point of adventure mode

its the only good musou
there's a metric shitton of content too, grindan included

>How's the grind
Hundreds of hours, like many many multiple hundreds. You'll love it or hate it or die of exhaustion, possibly all three.

Like drugs buy you only pay once.

I'm emulating it right now and have done the entire legends mode and almost cleared out the first Adventure map before I moved onto the Great Sea. I will never beat this game.

Yeah, HW is a good game and out of all the musou games I played it's my favorite

It is a great musou and great Zelda fanservice game, tons of hours of content. I haven't grind on adventure, I just do each map once and get gold medal, twice for collectibles, if you want you can grind levels / fair food / weapons, etc. but just doing like I do is enough.

*but

Totally worth it especially if you're a LoZ fan, it's possibly the best musou and it has a shit ton of content. Adventure mode can be grindy as fuck though.

IT WAS HIS TURN

the adventure mode is fuck huge and the game is very playable in bursts since most of your gameplay is in 10-15 minute missions. sometimes i play for hours, some days i play a few missions in between other games.

What changes/improvements does Zig Forums expect to see in the BotW musou in November?

>Musou
>Improvements

Fair point.
I'm kind of interested to see if they try for a more open world approach with it and blend in some gameplay elements from breath of the wild, or will they stick with the more straightforward approach and just do hyrule warriors with a different coat of paint. There's also the possibility that they're working with a bigger budget after the earlier success, which if nothing else could make for fancier set dressing.

Absolutely love Adventure mode. Cannot reccomend this game enough. I have more hours in it than Animal Crossing

Absolutely based. I've wanted a spell-sword character in a Zelda game since forever. He's literally a perfect fit.

>From a Zelda made by Capcom.
Give up, Koei HATES Capcom.

How well does HW:DE emulate in the Switch emulator?

Buy a switch and hack it. You literally drop files in the sd card and you can access the jits shop

I already own a switch but if it runs on the emulator well i'd rather play it there for a more stable framerate

According to amazon, AoC is preselling really well, does thus means an actual HW2 in the future is possible?

Why do they hate Capcom?

I get totally hooked to this game for a day or two, but then feel completely repulsed by it because I find myself doing the same repetitive tasks over and over with some characters I don't really like, because I want to level them up and get them more weapons, since I'm too stingy and greedy to grind for rupees.

Capcom won a lawsuit against them.

Capcom managed to trademark the concept (year, a concept) of re-releasing a better version of a game in the same console, as Koei also did that they sue them and won, forcing koei to pay them millions. Since then Koei hates capcom with passion.

nigger, I ain't bricking my switch just for that. Christ, the online tutorials are all horrendous. Sounds like a massive pain in the ass to set up, if you can even manage it without getting perma banned by Nintendo

That's crazy

>I enjoy turning my brain off in mosou games and experiencing the flashy combat.
you will probably enjoy it then. it has a ton of different characters who mostly feel unique and have a variety of flashy attacks.
>How's the grind with adventure mode?
easily 200+ hours of content, and possibly quite a bit more if you don't get burnt out.

I definitely want it to be tighter and more focused than HW. I'd rather a solid campaign I can go back to from time to time. I really don't need another Adventure Mode with a dozen maps and hundreds of challenges. Just give a good core.

Meant for

Buy a old launch switch thats marked up and used with shit battery* when you already own a switch. When will these fuckers be able hack any model?

It's good, but at this point you might as well wait for Age of Calamity so you don't burn out on the musou style

it's pretty fun if a bit mindless, but there's a fuckton of stuff to do besides the main story and unlocking higher tier weapons and costumes
and if you play your cards right the fairy mechanic can sequence break some ultimate weapons early
managed to get sheik's level 4+ with bombos fairy and then power leveled her, then used the gold train on the spirit tracks board to remove character restrictions to get other level 4+ weapons
