I think they removed the Vice City FM station from TBoGT along with a bunch of songs from other stations.
IV and its dlc are easy to downgrade and get all the cut songs back though, just like SA.

They removed the EFLC-exclusive stations when they first put the Complete Edition on Steam, but they've since added them back in so now the Complete Edition has all the stations from IV, the standalone DLCs, and EFLC

It isn't. The cops can literally glitch your wheels to turn in V instead of an actual physics based pit maneuver that was used in every other game in the series. It plays like fucking dogshit due to the game literally having to resort to cheat-like gimmicks because R* was too lazy to design decent ai in V for some reason.
