SOTN's Dracula is probably inspired by his original appearance in the Stoker novel, which in of itself was probably inspired by Vlad's appearance in real life, mainly in the face. In the book he's got

Kojima just made him handsome whereas in the book he had big red lips and weird tufts of hair growing in his hands. Which is a fair decision, since a good chunk of the game's story is related to the fact he had a wife.

Lee's Dracula with the white stache really made it work. Even though he looks coherent, there is something clearly off about him. He often looks like an animated corpse. Reminds me of nosferatu but without the spoopy makeup.
