It looks like madness the first time but it feels like time slows down when you've mastered playing it. Not unlike mastering a rhythm game except it's racing.
I read that stomachlets found Wipeout not as intense as they expected. As someone that never felt sick I can't relate though.

I wouldn't go that far. Pacer in particular is kinda shit, but Ballistic is as close to Wipe 3 as it gets, and Redout does its own thing.
