Probably Spy. Demoman/Soldier have the biggest capacity for property damage but not for actual murder. From a lore standpoint the Spy could strike from anywhere at a given moment. Only a person with actual robotic eyeballs like the TFC Sniper could ever see him coming - and he still died.

Fair point. I'd say he's moreso a sociopath because he knows what he's doing. Everything he's done is out of a desire for experimentation, but there's also an edge of manipulation for personal gain, such as putting baboon uteruses in the TFC team just in case he needed to turn against them.
