Shut up, pleb.
That long trek between the 3rd and 4th gym though.
Melancholic that so much nostalgia can just be reduced to a picture and some pixels. Like how you look at a picture of the observable universe zoomed out and you can't even see the Milky Way.

This, this is a legendary theme
The bottom left portion of Hoenn is peak water routes. You've got a hidden regi, the sunken ship, and all these wonderful little islands dotting the way.
Biggest problem with the late game sea routes was the lack of pokemon variety but ehh. By the 8th gym your team is probably set.
I was lucky enough to go to a Pokemon Rocks America event so I got this shit

Lorelei, but I recently read some pokemon doujin that really warmed me up to Karen. Not an H doujin, I just liked the characterization and now I can't fully separate it from her game form
I played the shit out of silver and thought I'd never play a game that much again. Then I got sapphire.

life was so much simpler back then, I thought everything would be like in my video games, that I would live a life of adventure, friendships and discovery forever, I had a small dog named Rattata and would I go everywhere with him, I even sneaked him at school a couple of times he was like my own pokemon I was so happy back then, he's dead now
I want to go back bros...
Going back doesn't solve anything. Go forward and experience more.
