Mario All Stars edition. Get in here.
Comfy Switch Thread
i only bought it to see how the switch can handle emulation and boy i am unimpressed.
a wind waker hd port would be pretty nice, or twilight princess would be fun
should i buy phisical or digital?
The title screen felt so cheap and lazy, what the hell?
I mean if you're paying for ROMs you might as well get a little trinket, so go physical. Plus you could sell it later if you want
Pretty sure next year is Zelda's 35th anniversary; so I would expect them to release a similar pack.
FUCK UPS TAKING ALL DAY TO DELIVER
Physical is more valuable in the long run since it's limited run
I have a Switch and I have enough space on my internal storage to just download it from the e-shop and not have to worry about the "delayed orders" or whatever. Is this really worth buying for $60? I've heard that it's literally just cheap emulation. Apparently SM64 doesn't even fit the screen.
You can go to any brick and mortar and buy it now. I went to wal-mart and they had 20 copies
As for whether it's worth $60, that's up to you
>MFW the rumble when picking up Bob-ombs
hyped af for that, would be happy even if it was like the original mario all stars with four 2D zelda games
Even I have standards, bro.
Yeah
I mean it's not the first time they used the all stars name. I genuinely don't have a problem with these emulated games and I'm enjoying myself going through Mario 64 again. I just will never understand how some people on here seethe over how someone else spends their money.
mario 64 on all stars is actually the best version
portfags btfo
God, SM64 aged like shit.
I'd rather have hd emulation of wind waker. fuck bloom
It feels "easier" than it used to be. Am I just not remembering things correctly?
No version missing BLJ is the best version
its good bros. finally getting to play sun shine. Where the first timers / skipped GC bros at?
>that inferior audio
i don't think so, and mario is pitched up
What are the perks to the edition of this thread compared to last threads edition? When did I subscribe? Based? Based on what?
if you really want to play them on a switch, then I guess go for it
both
I played neither Sunshine nor Galaxy as I didn't have a Wii nor Gamecube. What am I in for?
Software suspension allows the 1-ups to stack. But the true reason is because you're not using an N64 controller. It controls so smooth now.
no. emulators make mario 64 way too hard with terrible input latency. it's supposed to control this good
How do you feel about bad games?
git gud
is it worthwhile to use a gamecube controller to play any of these or should I just use the pro controller?
I'd rather save my pro controller from drift
sunshine is shit, and galaxy is ok I guess
Can someone link me to this video. I want to be angry.
Good, generally.
Loving the collection so far.
One compliant. Why the fuck is the motion controls still in galaxy??
Jesus Christ it sucks, just map the star to the r analog.
Literally unplayable
lives are meaningless in 64
Pro controller feels perfect. No gamecube controller support anyway.
Haven't touched my Switch in months
i expected nothing and im still disappointed
nigger do you not know how a gamecube adapter works
it works with everything
A recent pipe dream of mine is Nintendo releasing a 3D Zelda collection, similar to the Collector's Edition released on Gamecube, with WW, TP and SS as well as a 30 minute demo for Breath of the Wild 2
It's one hell of a longshot, but man it'd be so fucking cool.
sunshine requires 4 shoulder buttons now, which the gamecube controller doesn't have
nice spacing
It's a haiku.
Doubt we'll get a demo but I'd say the odds for WW TP and SS HD next year for the Zelda 35th is likely.
Does anyone know how to fix a "gritty" analog stick? I've barely used mine and kept it in a drawer when not in use and it's all gritty and I hate it.
