Apparently Serious Sam 4 is out next week. Didn't see that coming.

Cannot wait to circle around enemies holding in the left mouse button for 10 hours.
They should be showing this tech off more if it actually works, why the fuck is Croteam so radio silent with this game when it seems to actually look good?
cringe and yikespilled

That's like trying to run Crysis on a Voodoo2 or Geforce 1 card

We will see, but based on the video that they released today and the little snippets they have dropped in the Croteam discord the game might unironically look good enough to justify that.
The footage released today looks amazing.

good now that this shit is out the door they can make talos principle 2.
I was excited for this game until I played ULTRAKILL, and now I can't help but feel extremely underwhelmed when watching this
Regenerating health?
>1 week before release
>here's your 14 seconds of gameplay
WHAT ARE THEY HIDING REEEE
>Storage: 42 GB available space
why did every game suddenly become fuckhueg when they barely look any better than the xbox360 generation
high res textures and uncompressed audio
>4 players only
>vehicles
oh boy can't wait for Serious Sam 2 2
Not defending bloated file sizes but you have vision problems if you think looks like a 360 game.
Maybe it's just me but this looks pretty boring, I don't see any skill involved - it's just a lot of enemies for the sheer spectacle of it
Don't want to shit on anyones hype trains, SS has never been my favourite franchise but I know a lot of people love it and I'm sure this will satisfy
>Uncompressed audio
For what purpose?
At least use ADPCM, it's easy to decode.
I think it's about on par with Battlefield 3 on xbox
Serious Sam 3 was already more impressive on a technical level than battlefield 3 was, I invite you to go back and stop to smell the roses because the texture quality and model quality on everything except the viewmodels and vehicle dashboards is absolute incomprehensible filth.
>Serious Sam 3 was already more impressive on a technical level than battlefield 3 was
Especially those SS3 cutscenes and lipsyncing, pure 9th gen, makes MGS2 look like a masterpiece in 2020.
Just look at how SS3 looked on consoles, where they actually had to bother optimizing shit.
Who cares. This trash is for trannies who need everything to run towards them.
Go play Blood if you're not a faggotsexual.
Zig Forums is too scrub to enjoy the Serious Sam games.
Literally rent free
"Sure Sam can beat aliens and robots and mutants and monsters, but can he beat racism?" - someone in marketing probably.
So you can hear NIN cover of Hero in full FLAC glory
>muh cinematic experience
Battlefield 3 would shit the bed whenever more than three players with their sub 2000 poly models and ps2 quality textures were in proximity of each other while SS3 could render a hundred better models at once while boasting 50x the drawdistance and infinitely better texture quality.
Don't you have an Xbox thread to false flag in snoy?
It's not impressive enough for anybody to care. Serious Sam is fun but completely outdone by Shadow Warrior 2 and to a lesser degree nu-Doom
Another rent free.
Serious Sam 3 doesn't have many unique assets, they're mostly copy pasted, so of course GPU memory can afford higher res textures.
Also Serious Sam 3 didn't even have texture streaming until Fusion, lmao. So much for technology.
why haven't we seen like 15-60mins of straight gameplay yet. all i know about this game is info from like 3 years ago. is it still open world with a bike?
there's 2 open world levels and the rest are normal linear ones, there are vehicles like a quadbike, motorbike, giant mech
croteam is being very hush hush about it because they think they revealed too much about 3, doesn't matter though cause one of the review copies they gave to some ruskies turned out to be scammers and were leaking the game on their shitty hardware
>why haven't we seen like 15-60mins of straight gameplay yet
This and the lack of a demo is starting to worry me
>is it still open world with a bike
That's just how one (huge) level plays out allegedly
