Sony has done good plenty of times, all the PS2 collections for PS3 (J&D, R&C, Sly, Ico & SotC) at half the price of a regular game and with better resolution
PS4 remakes of SotC and Medievil both costed 40 bucks and had new graphics and content.

343 Industries has never been good and I'm surprised someone used their shitty games as an argument against a game from Japan Studio, which is arguably one of the most based devs out there.

You're talking about the PS2 Classic versions on PS4, yeah, they were disgusting ports, but the PS3 collections play the same except at higher resolution and framerate.
If anything the only issue would be with SotC which makes the 3rd colossus slighty more luck based than the original.
