Pathologic 2 came out a little over a year ago, and it's arguably not only the most fascinating Russian game ever made, but the best slav-jank in general.
Bohemia recently finally released a non-EA build of Factorio. Before that, Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
Ukraine has not really released anything particularly note-worthy since Metro: Last Light (and nothing really GOOD since Cryostasis or STALKER). Poland hasn't had much beyond TW3's expansions either.
