I learned to crouch jump in Call of Duty 4 when I was a wee lad. I was thinking, "man, I'm not jumping high enough to get through these windows as quick as I need to," and then I figured if I crouch maybe I'll pull my legs up and become small enough to get through the window. It worked. It destroyed my controller, but it worked.

The entire fake show premise was done far better by Dr Steve Brule, which, in all fairness, may be because there is a MASSIVE difference in experience (and quality) between the two guys.
