Steam do not enforce censorship, they just outright ban the game if the employee in charge of the title (who can and will lose his job) feels the content will give them trouble, like: rape, incest, pedophilia, bestiality, hate speech or interactive sex (sex that you controls that is NOT a cutscene or a drawing with text). If the content was generated with real actors photography, it´s very frowned upon too.

I forgot about this game, I got stuck around the part were you reach a castle with multiples room and was kind of a maze that never lead to the true door or something like that.
