For me, it's the Youkais.
It's a very long road to get them all the way to level 90, but for your main girls you use a lot you could upgrade them for the bit of extra stats. At level 30 it's +278, and at max level they give +600.
If you don't have the upgrade materials for them, you can just use N/R swimsuits as upgrade fodder.
Just filter out the suits so it's the same type, i.e. upgrade a POW accessory using POW suits. It gives more XP per suit used that way.

Its a pain to limit break those, I think you need something like 13-14 Double Wings to fully upgrade it, never mind the single wings.

The swimsuits to use as fodder aren't really the problem. You'll get enough of those easily over time.
The problem is the Limit Break materials. The system is set up in a weird way where getting the materials is really hard outside of events specifically set up for it.
You need 150 M feathers, I think 70 L single wings, and 15 XL double wings to limit break one SSR accessory all the way to 90, which is ridiculous considering the slow pace you get the items at.

If you've S rank'd them then no you wont get anymore special rewards like v-stones.
Main festival matches are only good for farming gravure panels. Also if you check your owner rewards you can see that you unlock photo shoot locations by using a girl as an Ace in each letter rank.
The only time you'd be really going hard on repeats is when you're grinding event currency. Those are the ones you want to redo constantly.
There's also the upgrade material festivals that take place on various days of the week. Those too can be repeated to stockpile items.

The event matches still give you more event score (which means more rewards) and event currency to buy stuff with. Whether you've already completed them once doesn't matter for that.
