Haha funny meme I am aware of that meme here's your upvote you stupid cunt

Dumbledore stretched his legs.

pc version is superior.

PC version LOOKS better, but it has no SOUL like the PS1 version. I don't know how this is so hard to grasp for you people.

>good=bad
>bad=good

Never played them but the PC versions of 1 and 2 look like they're just shittier games than their PS1/2 counterparts.

How different is Azkaban on PC compared to PS2? I always liked Azkaban for combining Chamber of Secrets PS2's open world with better atmosphere and style reflective of the Azkaban movie

You're both wrong, the ps2 versions are vastly superior in every way.

You're trying too hard

>Looks better graphically
>Is superior

That's not what SOUL means, user. PS1 looks worse but that's why it has the most SOUL.

Usually people emulate inferior PS1/console versions of games because they're too retarded to install a PC game.

This whole soulless thing is just retard cope. The PC version is probably the better version. I don't give a fuck about Harry Potter.

>I don't give a fuck about Harry Potter

Sad

PS1 version has some of he greatest comedy faces known to man.

I've never watched Harry Potter, what are these games about? what's the gameplay?

>He said calmly

Harry Potter is for yanks and yuropoors who idolise England and wet themselves at hermione's accent

I already fucking live in England and harry potter is wank.
Fuck you and fuck these dumb tie in games

The PS2 versions are superior in gameplay, too. And they have plenty of soul. It is a different kind from the PS1 versions but it is soul nonetheless.

Adventure is probably the best label to give them. PS1 games are pretty linear, you're shuffled along to the next "level" quite often. There are enemies to fight but they aren't particularly troublesome. There's some puzzle solving to do. Collectibles to find. As you progress throughout the game you learn new spells which you only really get to use in incidental situations. They're quite linear.

PS2 games are way more open but still under the adventure game classification. There's a lot of stuff to do in the castle and you get more breathing room between missions to explore. There are more enemies to fight and they're more difficult. Still some puzzles. Still learn new spells but you learn way more in the ps2 versions and you can use them to access previously blocked areas in the castle to find secret goodies. What shines and makes the PS2 games special is the environment.

Deh

I guess I'm bias because I grew up playing the PS1 version and it's the one I remember the most. The graphics were atrocious, but I didn't mind it at all.

PC version is too sterile and clean looking to me.

I am doing that alright.
Playing an anime breakout clone with versus multiplayer, points for guessing it. It's also surprisingly very fucking hard.

I played PS1 Philosopher and PS2 Chamber. I'm not the user from earlier who said ps2 versions are superior in every way lol. So I do actually think PS1 Philosopher has a more homely vibe to it. The graphics are very charming and they somehow managed to make the game feel alive with barely any music (the castle grounds in particular stand out to me, some really nice sound effects there even though no music ever plays). I don't think people give early 3D games enough credit. They can look great. It's just not... "conventionally" great. Art direction/style is more the focus, than the graphics themselves, if that makes sense.

But for all its comfiness, I find that Philosopher PS1 starts being a fucking drag to play like an hour into it. The charm sort of wears off and you're left with this sort of boring gameplay. It does pick back up at Gringott's where the environment changes and you get some cool activities to do. I suppose the area you go to for Potions class (?) with the trolls and the labyrinth is pretty cool too. But most everything else is quite bland. And I put that down mostly to the game's basic gameplay that doesn't get shaken up enough. Something that the PS2 versions improve on greatly.

I agree that the PC versions look like shit. They look like they play like shit, too.

fucking retard

Gbc best version

Not him but "MUH PC MASTER RACE"

That argument doesn't apply to PC games that came out between 2001-2005. PC didn't become "master race" until way later on. Before that consoles were superior. PS2 was superior to PC in most aspects, at least in the early PS2 days.

OP is a retard who doesn't understand soul so he makes this dumbass bait thread in order to cope.

BASED
