I have played SOC and COP at least 10 times each.
I have never played through all of clear sky.
Should I?

Clear Sky is bretty good, accidently started with it and it's my favourite of the 3

It can't live up to the legacy I'm afraid. STALKER 2 will be chasing after what current open world shooters are doing today and UE4 means dead mod community.

I'm sure it'll be good but probably going to be exclusive to EGS

I'll give it another shot. I played it around release of COP and it just crashed way too much for me.
Hopefully there's some bugfix mods out there for it.

Not really XBox. Outer Worlds is on XBox store for PC but still technically EGS exclusive, so not on Steam yet. Which is kind of bullshit I'm afraid they're going to pull.

Sup lads, any new mods/big updates in the last half year?

Did it get intergrated into some actual mod, so that you arent playing fuckin vanilla cop with fancy anims?

Clear Sky Complete mod does the trick for me
fixes a lot of bugs and improves graphics a bit
might be a touch too much if you want the original experience, though
it's more likely it wont live up to the expectations and the nostalgia rather than the legacy, especially since STALKER isnt really known for being a straightforward, stable game
we got a trailer and some extra shit for STALKER 2, I believe, but since its for late 2021 for sure, I haven't been paying much attention to it

Honestly, play with no mods on the first playthroughs.
Makes you appreciate the mods and get hang of the new features they add in.

ZRP for some minor fixes but otherwise vanilla

I'm doing my first playthrough of Shadow, and while I love it, I keep stopping due to being too spooked.
I absolutely cannot deal with jump scares, but I want to beat the game.
It's unfortunate.
