Pretty good except PW is not better than a mainline game, it doesn't even have proper environments like Acts 1 and 2 of MGS4. It's bite-size bullshit that killed MGSV with its influence.
I'd also be concerned with rating 3 higher than 2, considering it introduced the crawl-fest silenced-sniping issue that plagued the series ever since. But it is still arguably better in other ways.
As much as I love 2's story and the characters of raiden and solidus, the rest of the enemies were lame, and the bossfights outside of solidus and the harrier randed from ok to awful. 3's story is way simpler but it had more fun characters and bosses by far

I felt so lame when I gave up on portable ops. I was gonna 100% the series but it was just moving so slow I dropped it and moved on to 4

How do you put v ahead of pw? V is literally a continuation of PW with less features and half the story. It's basically an epilogue.

Fortune is a good gimmick, you are actually on the defensive and have to just survive for a change. Rays are awesome in the same way but offensive, my most memorable fight of the series actually, Snake pushed to the limit. Emma/Vamp sniping section was an interesting spin too. Vamp battle is proto-Fear, just with a water rather than poison theme. Fatman is Raven on rollerskates + bombs. I'm not going to go on.

I find 2 and 3 mostly equal in both regards.
Is there a chance of Acid and Acid 2 getting ports or remasters? I never got to play them.
