Wait and see, personally you're not going to see much of a leap visually from either console. Instead of faking the lighting and reflections they can now be more accurate, the performance will be better. We've reached the point of diminishing returns, It just costs too much to create worlds of a higher quality so until we can create AI that could rapidly build content for us it's not going to get that much better visually at least.

teraflops mean nothing in actual performance, its a specific measure for a floating point computation. for example, a 1080ti has 11.3 tflops, a 2080 has 10 tflops but despite that difference the 2080 is on par in performance as the 1080ti
