now that microsoft bought bethesda do you think it will have a bigger budget?
TES VI
They have a 7.5 billion dollar budget, yes
Who the fuck cares about budget? We'll be getting a new fucking engine and some devs that aren't total hacks.
Its gonna need a lot more than a bigger budget.
Each one has been worse than the last in recent years because of them using the same shitty Gamebryo engine
>new fucking engine
lol
I don't know much about video game developement, but I'm sure they are past the engine part of developing by now.
Hmm, I just realized that Hammerfell is pretty small. With MS Budget, I'm really hoping they incorporate seafaring like AC's and maybe even get to explore the ruins of Yokuda. It fits the lore, too, since Redguards are great seafarers.
They've been past the engine part of developing for 15+ years.
hehehe
I think the biggest shift will be the organizational aspect. I hope MS can help with that a bit more.
>We'll be getting a new fucking engine and some devs that aren't total hacks
Morrowinds pretty small also
lol what do you think? they're gonna want their money back asap and they're not going to do it by appealing to autists
Going by other first party MS releases lately,. NO. Pretty sure MS only cares about the budget being as tight as possible for everything that isn't Halo.
Damn, to be 15 again...
>Skyrim was released in 2011
>they still think it's Hammerfell when it's a generic ass trailer
It's TESVI: AkaVIr
Skaven in the middle?
I think they will delay it four years and then release a mobile game in the mean time
ONE mobile game
and it wont even be that big
Nah, it's Elsweyr, and we'll be seeing the return of the Chad Daggerfall khajits instead of Kirkbride's animal fucker fantasies.
important thing is they own obsidian too, so new vegas 2 has a slight chance of happening now
offical buy happens in late 2021
>new fucking engine
Just lol
Akavir would be great, especially with all the foreshadowing in Skyrim. They could even add faction wars
>big fucking desert
not happening
you mean The Outer Worlds 2: New Vegas Edition? the original team left the studio
Underrated
>Redguards are great seafarers
Oh boy I can't wait to play a AAA game where there are loading screens to go inside small houses and you can't look out the windows.
Bethesda is a pretty shit tier dev
poor teenagers :(
Lore hunters have already confirmed it's Hammerfell and Daggerfall.
Redguards aren't all black. Most of them are north-african/arabic.
>We'll be getting a new fucking engine and some devs that aren't total hacks.
kek
This is not Hammerfell, too many mountains and green.
If you told me this was High Rock I might have believed you but High Rock was your typical meme medieval region instead of this wasteland.
Not swampy so not Black Marsh and it looks bleak and barren to be Summerset Isles, not woody enough to be Valenwood and not tropical enough to be Elsweyr.
This will be the first TES game to be featured outside of the main continent.
>Lore Hunters
lol
It's about as big as Skyrim, just a bit of rescaling can fix that.
Akavir has so much crazy lore it's impossible to make a game about it and not be disappointing.
