Every Bethesda title and New Vegas had a save file bloat problem it would get progressively bigger while the game performance would get worse and worse. Eventually at the 40h mark it was like sub 20fps

Why? Skyrim and Oblivion ports on PS3 were abysmal tier. PS4 ports were shit as well, and in addition Xbox got mostly-full modding capabilities whereas ponystation could use almost no mods.
