Bought it when the next update hit.
Played for 2 days. Second day more just fucking about.
Just not my type of game.
I love that they turned the game around though.

I am. I just made it out of the first galaxy. I picked lush in hopes of finding less shithole systems

I will since it's on gamepass

if i stay at this planet with bones can i just keep finding them?

I was about to play it for a bit, but because you demanded it, I won't now.

pirating it right now

Why is nobody talking about it?

I still need to finish Last Campfire.

I already am. I have plantinumed the game and got my moneys worth years ago. Its not for everyone but for me its a good game with some flaws. Definitely worth it nowadays

Refund my 60 dollars

space games are niche

Don't listen to this fag. Buy Joe Danger instead.

SHILLS MAKE ME NOT WANT TO PLAY THEIR GAME.
Cut it out, do you even have anything new to say about the game? Any new thoughts? Any discoveries? No? Just bullshit? C'mon why is OP ALWAYS fag. Why cant that change?

>buy game
>spawn on a winter planet with a bunch of Ewoks
>freeze my balls off
>die 5 times before completing the tutorial
>uninstall and refund the game

Remember that webm that one user made where you first see Sean showing the NMS disc in their office but then it's just user's dick? Haha I wonder if anyone saved that

we don't want you

How dare you do this

what is this game about

space stuff sometimes

Okay, it was on sale so I bought it. Installing now. What should I expect?

How's the 3.0 update?
Thinking of reinstalling. I don't really like the game's progression system, is it fun to fuck around in casual mode?

Clearly he meant friends in the same room, sharing the controller and having a laugh as they enjoy the experience

3.0 is pretty fun, they added q bunch of interesting new fauna/flora models, biomes, a lot of biodiversity stuff. Hadn't played it in a while because everything looked the same after a bit, but this update pulled me back in a bit

Honestly these have aged poorly. I think the Internet Historian's video on the game really sums up the development of the game and they are still supporting it longer then most AAA devs would.

I wouldn't want him touching my food

Also by casual mode I assume you mean creative. Creative is the one I usually play, it's pretty fun to mess around in, build bases and buy ships without price/material restrictions. I'm not a fan of the progression system either and am mostly in it for the exploration angle, so I just stick to creative.

Buyers remorwe, the feel of getting scammed and trying to refund within the next hour

Why did you say then instead of than?

I feel like Sean was such a submissive onions beta that he was afraid to just say any thing other than "Haha.. right.." even if he knew something wasn't right

Is it still
>land on planet
>get fuel
>go to another planet
>get fuel
?

I see. What about now today in 2020?

completely in the context of the webms and "will..." these both turned out to be true. although griefing is mostly a side effect and you'd have to be retarded to be on the receiving end.

up to 32 players on the superior PC platform can meet up in a lobby and break off in up to 4 player groups. there's no far reaching effects but it's better than nothing.

no it's
>I bought a stack of uranium years ago and have never ran out of fuel why don't people know how to play this game

I just told you, are you fucking blind? can you not read?

I would but your latest update broke my save.

Been playing it for like an hour, first time. Do things pick up a little after the tutorial? I'm all for comfy space exploring but I feel pretty restricted by 'FIND 80 /X/Y/Z/ TO CRAFT OBJECT' and not being able to leave any of the planets yet.

Not exactly, they added in multiple story lines a while back along with multiplayer. It's still very grindy though admittedly.

I booted it today, started a new a game and immediately lost all interest. I don't want to suffer thru the same fucking slog of early game. Recharging your shit every 2-3 minutes, not being able to loot shit etc.
How far do I have to travel on my older save for new world generation to kick in?

The game started stuttering and dropping frames constantly for me so I don't really want to

supposedly all systems got new planets so just bee urself

I always get this. Get the urge to play but the start is just too shit.

Do you normally base your purchasing decisions based on vague, offhand comments made several years before release?

I believe all planets have been changed in some way, though not reset. Probably some other planet or moon in your older save's star system has been changed.

You'll likely find the planet you were on has changed.

If you want comfy space exploring you should probably just play Creative mode. That being said, things do pick up after the tutorial but remain rather grindy. It was (mostly) smooth sailing for me after I figured out how to get out of the starter star system.
