More then half of that from PS. They cannot sustain any loses on PS side, they have to play it smart. I think they have to go for few other developers (Bluepoint, Housemarque ex.) to get to around ~20 studios that pump out games.
Problem is, without GP you are literally banking on every game being success, which is not given. This is why Bethesda failed. One misstep and you may be fucked.
