Managed to get some data from Nintendo about their biggest announcements in a long time. Unfortunately, it wasn't too in-depth. None of this is 100% confirmed but this is what it appears to be.
I did find out that it will premiere at 20:00 Japanese time on October 10th and last 2 hours.
Here's the announcements:
The Switch Pro is indeed coming January 2021. Unfortunately, I have no more data on this.
New DK game with the initials DKCFF (couldn't open the file)
Breath of The Wild 2 (yes, that's the whole name) is coming Summer 2021. Zelda is playable.
Metroid Prime 4 is coming December 18th.
Yoshi's Crafted World is getting DLC and some sort of Challenge Mode.
GB/GBC Switch Online coming out 10/11. 41 games including the SML trilogy and Pokemon are included.
DKC3 and EarthBound are also coming to Switch Online.
Travis Touchdown, Dante, Reimu are all coming to smash brothers and ring fit character shall be executed before an audience of thousands, banished from ever being in a nintendo game again.
Evangelion Unit 01 announced as a playable character in smash brothers.
