I hope they add something on the second floor bathrooms, you can see the gloryholes in them but I have not found anything that uses them.

The games are all in the same world and you can follow the huge list of lore that even extends into hakika's older games like Ruinswald.

Do as much as you can. I highly suggest doing all events. You don't have to do the two big superbosses, Mother of All Life and Being of Myth.
