i really like the writing and visuals. but im kinda lost gameplay wise. stacking seems like a neat mechanic though

I have 1 on PC, and I'm trying out 5 on Switch. Breddy fun, if you ask me. The Lolis are something I could care less for, but I'd still be angry if they were cut out.

Too much bloat, I love breaking games but this one makes it too easy. Big numbers doesn't impress me at all.

It'll be a little rough playing the older titles without the QoL improvements but its not too bad once you get used to them.

Which post-PS2 entry has the best postgame? The worst?

I'm playing through d1 right now, just finishesd chapter 4 and I've unlocked a few classes, so I'm trying to setup a new party.
Unfortunately, besides laharl everyone is slightly underleved, so im gonna work on that.
What classes are generally better to make under which characters? I'm trying to setup a preist>mage skill drop line so flonne can do some fucking damage, but im not sure what to assign for the rest.
My male warrior, fembrawler, fem cleric, that are under laharl are too far along to remake now, so I guess they stay till the new goon get grinded up.
Also is it worth it to do item world outside of story reqs( if any appear anymore) or just save for post-game?

I suggest hooking up Laharl with the clerics spells. The item world isn't necessary until after the main story but you can do it anyway if you want, since its actually alright xp if you dont die.

I always felt like Disgaea was kind of broken to begin with, so breaking it doesnt feel like much of an accomplishment. I like it, though.

I can't bring myself to replay the older games more than once, please don't be shit.

yes and no, yes because I like Disgaea in general and no because after 6 games in the series and only finishing two of them (the original and Disgaea D2) I doubt I will actually play through the game. Sorta like the new 3D graphics, but hope it adds alot more then just another bog standard run of the mill Disgaea.

I might play Disgaea 4 on the game pass since I dropped this series after Disgaea 3 on PS3.

D4 is pretty good user, enjoy.

Enjoyed the little of D1 I played, and am enjoying playing D4 now. So yeah this looks like it should be fun to play but the wait for it to come to PC will be tough.
