Climb, Glide, Swim.... pretty much everything, everywhere.
You can also do wonky shit like shooting arrows into the air, teleport 200-300m away and see the impact of the arrows. Everything looks quite well done and certainly not like a "cheap ripoff".

Yes, it is pretty much BOTW but with more content really, there are more enemies, bosses and quests + not to mention more characters with different movesets but its all grind based though
