Why did it only last for a month?

that's why they're called flavor of the month

The devs are probably set for life so I doubt they care.

no games

Cause its a shitty game

memes are meant to come and go. pepe and wojak were a mistake

not enough content, not enough variety, not enough feeling of accomplishment unless you win all the time, too many cheaters, net code issues as well like in tail tag

Didn't stop cheaters soon enough, didn't cycle content properly. They needed to make twice as much game as there currently is, and use maybe a third of the games, shuffle them and cycle them every couple of weeks. This whole wait 3 fucking months for 3-4 new SAME game modes is rough. Also casuals like my wife dropped the game because she got fucking pissed about every single game having cheaters, so now all you have is the occasional cheater and fall guys masters who know every fucking meta trick on every fucking map

>if people don't talk 24/7 about a game it's dead

Depended on streamers.
Streamers are as fickle as they are narcissistic.

I want that sheep skin

It only had enough content to last about a month.

Have you seen the player numbers

I just like the Beans. They're cute. Good Beans.

1 month seems about right for these zoomer meme games

This but unironically.

Needs more stage variation, add private lobbies, make a stage editor, add a community map playlist to go alongside the official playlist
The current pool of 25 stages is too small. Adding 4 new stages every 90 day season is too slow.

>flavor of the month
What a mystery.

this is just boring, if you're gonna hack the game why not do something fun, like make your collisions with other players send them flying off the stage or some shit

streamer bait. even on the surface level it was obvious this game was just an RNG fuckfest

Did the anti-cheat update actually work?

Kino

>gee i wonder why this game is dead

It's 45k at the moment. Far from dead.

I don't get it.

Cheaters in PC ran rampant & They’re taking too long to come out with new levels. I can’t imagine them taking that long to develop. You can blame among us for killing it but at the end of the day it’s the Dev’s fault.

>45k
>Not dead
This is some serious cope and or denial.

Why do the Chinese like to cheat a lot?

Cheat or be cheated culture. They do it IRL too and love to scam people.

Its part of their culture and asians lack empathy

This.

Idiot devs are obviously stocking up on new levels for a second season pass instead of drip-feeding new levels.

Their level randomizer worked for a bit but not enough. It didn't help that Rocket League just became free

>grab crown
>guy physically blocked by my body gets it anyways

Streamers moved to Among Us

Cultural.

You getting outplayed is not the game's fault.

>bro what if we made a BR game but
>the only way to lose in the first for rounds is to get on the bad team or to have someone bump into you
>and 2/3 of the final rounds are pure luck

If they released a new level every week I think the game could have a really long shelf life. They don’t even have to think of ideas just fucking copy any Mario party mini game or design a new obstacle course with the same 5 fucking assets they use.

They spent too much time designing cosmetics instead of trying to make fun minigames.

The current cosmetics were in the game files before it launched along with the season 2 maps, all they have done is add stage variations and anti cheat

They really needed to have double the levels at launch, or to have modular designs for some of the levels where they could swap parts every time

Absolutely this.
I remember a hacker that was just floating above the spinning log game. If they were actually humans and not bug people, they'd focus more on hilarious griefing and less on literally just grinding crowns like a robot.
These chinks lack the depth of human experience to enjoy an actually engaging cheat, they might as well be botting.

This, playing the same minigames over and over again gets dull after a while. At least have more games like slime climb that elimates people immediately.

Theu took way too long to add anticheat and new content. New maps still a week away and most seem to be pretty shitty and team based

It was 50k the week before and 60k the week before that. It just keeps going lower and lower at a worrying peace.

The cultural answer is true. More specifically, they treat "being fooled/being cheated" as a deficiency. If they cheat and win on a game or they cheat on a test at an expensive university, it's only the fault of the non-cheaters that they weren't clever enough to do that themselves.

They were so arrogant about their anti-cheat stuff that didn't actually work, and tons of people started cheating to show them how fucked it was, and it ruined the fun for everyone else

It's almost like the ideas and concepts themselves can be worth more than just the technical aspect of implementing them.
You can program a game like chess or tetris in a few hours. Being the first to invent those games is an entirely different story.

Too little mini games. Super repetitive. Hackers dealt with too slowly. Devs more focused on twitter memes rather than trying to do big improvements. Updates will be too slow and won't add enough content. Team games suck and ones with more than two teams are just about fucking over the weakest team so you both advance. Tail games just suck in general.
