I absolutely hate that these gatcha games make so much money by doing next to nothing. Megaman 11 did great for its scope and budget, but we're never going to see 12, or X9, or Legends 3, or ZX3 because they won't print money like this garbage.

They said they were developing a new Mega Man game in 2019, and XD is made by a Taiwanese division, not the actual Mega Man team.
I think the more possible scenario to worry about is if it's a spin-off like Mega Man Maker as opposed to a sequel to one of the series.
