Not that you should ever watch or play anything with English dub instead of Japanese, but I just checked it out on YouTube out of curiosity and my god it's fucking awful.

I gotta admit though, I wouldn't have been able to tell it was him if I hadn't seen the first clip. Mark did he voice a little too deep for Majima compared to the Japanese voice, it would've suited him better if he did it a little more joker-ish since it was him anyways.

If I remember correctly, Sega was trying to turn Yakuza into their own GTA, so they did the GTA thing and hired a bunch of actors like Michael Madsen, Eliza Dushku and Mark Hamill. Obviously, it didn't work out.
