all things considered 2020 has been a pretty good year for video games
All things considered 2020 has been a pretty good year for video games
and I still have nothing to play
not trying hard enough then
>TLoU 2
>CKIII
>Microsoft Bug Simulator
>Not real Doom
This year was disappointing like the last 10 years.
Agree on ori but wtf is all this other shit
doom eternal was better than 2016 and flight simulator is game of the decade
more than half of them are sjw approved
rent free
tranny
Hades doesn't look like the kind of game I'd normally play, but if it's really TLOU2-tier I might have to try it.
This board is literally the only place I ever hear about any of this political bullshit. Whatever your concerns are with the developers' beliefs, I can guarantee you your life will be substantially improved if you stop checking their Twitter feeds for sources of outrage and use that time to play games instead.
>TLOU-2 tier
Don't worry, Hades is actually good
*AHEM*
Also cope and seething inb4 "n-not count because isn't a new game"
all shit
The only games on that list I care about are Doom Eternal and Final Fantasy VII Remake. TLOU2 might be one of the worst games I have ever played.
That shows just how bad this decade really was.
dilate
>and use that time to play games instead.
but SJWs dont make good games
>all "AAA" garbage
Not a single good game in that picture.
>aaa junk
since OP is a faggot reposting someone esle's list without any taste in actual videogames, here's a real list of some great games that came out this year that I've played and can recommend (no particular order):
Wasteland 3
Desperados 3
Cloudpunk
Iron Harvest
Rogue Legacy 2 (EA)
Yes your Grace
Deadly Days (out from EA)
>only played one game on that entire list
yeah im thinkin' im based
CK3 turned out to be the biggest grand strategy disappointment of all time. Hall of fame? Fuck you.
Review sited are paid to give positive reviews for the games they recieve from publishers in order for them to sell.
But it's not a new game
i don't get why people like roguelites. you have to finish the game like a thousand times to unlock everything. it's dumb
I know.
This year was and is great for games in spite of the chaosh, remember all these demos, lots of games to look forward to, but I already spent a lot on games this year (relative to my non existent income).
For example some days ago came out the dungeon of naheulbeuk which is a game that I saw often as being recommended to try (the demo) but I did not see any thread about it.
Anyway for my part, I am greatly enjoying Doom Eternal and Death stranding, also Battletoads.
I think we should do these sort of threads, like "what you are playing" to get the ball rolling on games that don't get enough discussion.
>Hades
>Spelunky 2
>Wasteland 3
>MSFS
>Desperados 3
>Doom Eternal
>Crusader Kings 3
I haven't played Alyx, but that looks fantastic too.
Factorio released 1.0. That is the GOTY, no questions asked.
>Desperados 3
Fuck me I forgot about this one, do the levels include an enormous amount of enemies again? Can you kill civilians through the environment?
Factorio looks fun but I feel like I would get lost in that one, I tend to need a sort of objective to follow or I can't focus, what do YOU user do in it?
Oh yeah Dreams and Alyx were a thing
