Why? For example in DS1 one of first bosses were 2 Demons. It was like they just wandered here to murder or something. Later you visit their "home" and theres a lot of them. But you are a lot stronger now.

Dark Souls 1 and Dark Souls 2 for sure, I think Dark Souls 3 had the faggy firelink shit with all the NPCs in a single hub because casualised, that cripple guy, Demons Souls had Borri and Irwin which were both really early though
