I also have a cfw PS3. The emulator is basically a PS3 remastered machine. You can play all those PS3 blurry 720p sub 30fps games in glorious 4k/60fps for free on PC.

Playable in most areas but performance drops on the streets, dropping to 20~27 fps in crowded areas, which doesn't sound like much but makes the game feel like it's playing in slow motion.
Pretty bad unfortunately. It's 30~60fps in some areas but easily drop in the 10s.
