I played it halfway through and ended up switching it to ez mode combat because shit was extremely tedious and repetitive. Didn't finish the game , just went to pornhub and looked up every scene I was interested in. It's a pretty mediocre coomer game and mediocre rpg.

There is no grind, it just has a lot of content. There's a spot in the postgame that makes it really easy to get levels if you want to do the superbosses.
There's an easy mode anyway if you're not interested in the gameplay. I had fun with the class customization they had in all 3 games when playing on Normal

blight is a bit grindy in the postgame because there's no easy way to get money other than farming the arena. awake and colony alleviated this, especially colony.

There's not that much grind, or at least not in the "do X repeatedly to progress" sense, it's mostly just RPG content instead. But it does paces its h-scenes pretty poorly, you get like 1 per girl each chapter until you get near the endgame.
