BoTW has an actual artstyle, you get a masive scope from looking at the map
But most importantly, Link and all other NPCs and enemies looks like they fucking belong in the world.
And has a comfy atmosphere
Genshit has a shitty ultra stock looking map and characters that sticks out like sore thumbs, they do not look like they belong in the same game at all.
That and Genshit has a shit artstyle for it's characters.
