I just finished Watch_Dogs 1. I did a Focus Build and played it John Wick style with constant cover changing and slow mo headshots timed with explosions. Almost Vanquish-esque in a sense. I would fucking hate it if I played it like a generic 3rd person cover shooter.

I did have some issues.
>Every main character in the story is bad (Aiden in the last third, Nancy, Damien (his voice is good), Iraq, Lucky Quinn,etc
>But all the side characters are great Jordi, RK, etc
>The game spends way too much time on the Iraq HQ arc and not enough on the Defalt, Lucky Quinn, and anything that isn't more Jordi all for the Iraq arc to end up with you just storming his base anyway
>The Reputation system is half assed and the police/car escape mechanics leave you with nothing much other than to just press X on marked of the road to slow them down
>Most of the map side missions are bad and should have just dynamically happened in the in game world without loading screens. That good AR one is godlike.
>The escape detection mechanics on car chase segments are also bad compounding with the above issue.
>Stopping crimes is literally retarded and just amounts to you waiting for it to happen around a corner and then waiting for the green light to initiate a QTE to take them down after a foot chase if you fuck up.
>Could have had more use of the hacking mechanics for information gathering and puzzles and less using it to open doors and gates

Overall it could have been a 9/10 if a lot of the generic open world checklist stuff happened as dynamic world map events and were slightly designed with better randomness to feel unique and some better story pacing.

Can I play WD2 John Wick style as well and does it have more Jordis, T-Bone, and Defalts and less Nancys and Iraqs? Also is the generic open world checklist stuff more dynamic?

WD2 is an improvement in everything, except for the that the protagonists are a group of young misfits.

I'm a bit worried about the absence of a central protagonist in Legion, in my opinion they should have put in a new MC who organizes the resistance in London and then perform missions together with the operatives you enlist.
