Can I get a Rock and Stone Brothers?
Deep Rock Galactic
New biomes when?
Update 32 when
FOR KARL!
October 8th
Q4
I suspect a Christmas release
Now, if you tried Experimental. Pretty fun to create a skate park but much harder than Aquanox without the defensive turrets.
Defending Dorretta also have ammo issues.

I had one of these with the pots of gold beer. Got over like 3k gold at the end of the map.

How do we save Scout?
leg 3 scout (and everything else) here
doesnt need much done viability wise desu
purely inner balance wise though,
>gk2 should be overall buffed but Bullets of Mercy nerfed
>M1k needs a major OC rebalance. It has 2 good OCs (electro and minimal clips) and they play just about the fucking same
>m1k needs slightly higher base focus damage to strike a better gap beetwen hipfiring and focus shots
>m1k needs 5% more weakspot base damage so it can kill Slashers and Mactera in Hazard 5 with a single hipfire weakpoint shot
Thats all i'd really say would be a 10/10 and absolutely god tier change for the character. But additionally :
>Rework or buff the nerfed pheromones
>make cryo minelets freeze stuff harder
>Embedded Detonators needs to not be garbage
Scout is super important though.
In terms of class importance, I'd give the following rankings:
>Engineer: Very lethal against everything except at long range, high ammo efficiency, great for team mobility (especially Scout's) as platforms have way more ammo than ziplines.
>Scout: Very important for mining and rescuing, also great long range damage making up for Engineer's shortcomings
>Gunner: Lets you use ziplines, gives a great combination of short and long range damage, shield guarantees the success of attempted revives
>Driller: Makes shortcuts, great against swarms but trash against large/distant enemies
Yes, Scout ranks bottom in damage and team mobility, but that's more than compensated for by their ability to mine anything and quickly rescue people who die in really awkward places or briefly have no bugs on them.

Did I hear a Rock and Stone?
>mfw the first time I encountered a Korlok
>adore this game
>no one to play it with though
>have only 6 fucking hours in this 24 dollar purchase
Oh man the guilt is destroying me. How are the randoms?
Generally competent even without mics thanks to the laser pointer and marking.
You'll get scouts who teleport away and die.
Be wary of any drillers not running axes. They can't be trusted.
Randoms are fine, I can usually get away with haz 5 randoms as long as they aren't completely clueless
rock and fucking stone
My only issue from time to time are fuckers who will bolt and leave you behind if you decide to stay and mine for even a second

I think the problem with the M1000 is exactly the problem with the Experimental Plasma Charger; modifications either buff the regular shot or charged shot, and to make it worthwhile using the weapon over GK2/Subata you have to focus on the charged shot; but that means the regular shot is trash so you've kind of gimped yourself.
With the M1000, at each upgrade tier you've got at least one mod that's good for hip-fire, and at least one mod that's good for focused fire. So getting all the mods you can for one style means abandoning the other.
This also means that there's almost zero variation between M1000s, because for someone minmaxing for focus fire there's one obvious mod to choose from at each tier (except T5, where there's two focus-oriented mods)
I think that instead, each tier should be dedicated to either hip fire or focus fire, so you're guaranteed to have a mix of hip fire and focus fire upgrades and you actually have to choose between upgrades instead of always going for the same choice. Since this would be a nerf overall, as you'd no longer be able to have as many focus mods, the mods would have to be slightly better to compensate.
I recommend randos on haz 4 and up. Generally there aren't that many elitist assholes or fags who spend their time being buzzkills for non-meta picks. Thing is that the tards all live in haz 3. If you aren't a complete shitter and are mildly competant then H4 is a great place to find other people who just wanna play the game. At haz 5 there are only a small community of people, you will run into the same guys after only a few games and generally they have been pretty cool.
The harder the missions you play, the better the randoms are.
A relatively high number of people use VC at haz 4-5 if you use VC yourself, maybe like 50% of people?
Honestly, haz 4 is where most of the fun is at. Although if you get pretty good at the game you need haz 5 for an actual challenge.
Overall, they're fine if you can tolerate retards/assholes once in a while
M1000 needs something for sure. Though I don't necessarily agree that the hipfuire vs charged shot dichotomy needs to be removed. Charged shot needs a baseline 125% damage which would allow one much better breakpoints and the bonus ammo needs to be shifted from the extended clip into the base gun. That would make it so both modes would always be available.
The OC's need work for sure. Hipster and Supercooling should be the only ones that utterly shift you from one style to another.
You think you've got it bad I can't even fucking FIND randoms here in Australia. Used to be able to when the game was newer but the playerbase dropped off.
