>Oh so you enjoy playing as Arthur? The pinnacle of a long forgotten ideal of American masculinity?
>Well now he has 18th century lung AIDS! Fuck you! Spend the rest of the game coughing and watch him go out like a bitch!
Why did R*ckstar do it?
Oh so you enjoy playing as Arthur? The pinnacle of a long forgotten ideal of American masculinity?
He caught TB from the debt collection mission where he ruined that family's life. It was integral to his growth and story.
because tragedy is part of human life you child
If he'd been less masculine and hadn't beat that guy he'd be alive still
>NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YOU CANT JUST KILL A CHARACTER I LIKE NOOOOOOOOO
>prequel
>not seen anywhere in the first game
Gee I wonder what happened
Really the only gripe I had with the game and the reason why I didn't continue playing it. Though I was more upset that I have to play as John rather than Arthur dying.
He lived happily ever after in Australia
>game promised a gang of bandits
>We shoot fellers as need shooting, save fellers as need saving, and feed 'em as need feeding
>game promised old west
>not one instance of an NPC using slurs
>not one instance of a man shutting up a woman
>animals calling the cops again like in GTA 5
>the law can track you down incredibly quick and with pinpoint accuracy
RDR2 is more progressive than the 1980s
tragedy is real, snowflake
Because it's part of the arc of redemption you fucking zoomer. It was his poor choices and violent actions that eventually caused his downfall, a classic example of poetic justice.
Every old fashioned hero archetype story eventually ends in their death. The fact that you don't even recognize this and you think that he has to be 100% badass shows how deeply affected by this nuwave zoomer feminist bullshit you really are.
i didn't enjoy playing as him, as a matter fact i was glad he died. what a hypocrite cunt..
>game about moral choices being integral to story and world interaction
>cant make the choice to pay debt instead of the guy
>side quests give you a choice to give away cash to a guy building a house several times
good writing
Wasn't the debt collection quest optional? What happens if you skip those quests and don't beat up the guy suffering from TB, or does it force you to do it in order to progress to the next chapter?
That specific debt collection quest is mandatory
It's a story mission required to progress the game.
>Every old fashioned hero archetype story eventually ends in their death
Midwit.
They literally can't write stories that don't end with the protagonist dying.
You can skip all of them except for 1 where Arthur randomly gets blood coughed on him.
Talk about luck eh?
>midwit
How nice of you to use the latest reddit buzzword insult to instantly mark you as someone not worth paying any attention to.
>like a bitch
?
If Arthur put on a dress and makeup and got fucked in the ass by a group of big hairy men, he'd still be more of a man than you
What is GTAV? Bully? Max Payne? La Noire?
>La Noire?
You obviously didn't play the game
he literally kisses another man and get's fucked in the ass ingame
i agree with the later though
to be fair, has anyone?
Me and my favorite streamer girl did
>Doubt
and her husband too i assume?
No, she and her boyfriend are not married yet
A lot of people did you zoomie
I have, and Kelso is the true protagonist
