Is Widowmaker a balanced hero?

No. Junkrat and Pharaoh can spam down shields and get free kills with their huge AoE and have game hanging ultimates. McCree can spam down shields too and is a straight up better Widowmaker from close to mid range. Hanzo IS a straight up better Widowmaker, can spam down shields, can get random kills with the fuckhuge arrow hitbox and has a gamechanging ultimate. Genji has ubermobility and can flank easily and disrupt the enemy team's defense and has the best ult combos in the game. Soldier can spam down shields, has heal utility and a decent cleanup ultimate. Reaper is basically a tank with ridiculous damage output up close and good mobility and disengages after the buffs. Sombra literally makes shields/turtle comps useless. Tracer can flank and melt anyone in seconds then rewind back to safety.

Widowmaker is literally useless if you can't headshot and take advantage of the few openings you get in a round, her grappling is full of bugs and not that great of an escape tool (takes time to activate and propel yourself out of danger + huge cool down and no additional properties like Genji or Tracer or McCree), her mine is terribly underpowered compared to the rest of the heroes and her ult while good utility is super easy to play around since the enemy team knows when you activate it.

She's obviously ingame so people with good aim (or aimbots) can take care of the "pro" dps heroes like genji or doomfist, but of course you have the "pro" dps players whinning and crying because they are killed with good aim instead of just holding a button (doom) or attacking in the general direction of some enemy (genji's ult or in close combat with this year's buffs) and killing everything.

OW has lost so many players because they kept listening to the salty "pro" players and now they are the only ones playing, but of course there is no way blizzard can balance for shit, so the easy way was just nerfing to hell every healer and buffing dps, so the ttk would be faster for "dynamic gameplay".

I used to main zen, loved it, until they nerfed his heal and damage and almost every dps released since launch could kill him without any problem due to massive mobility (while he is the ONLY hero without any mobility or stun ability).

Changed to moira because she had great mobility and at least could defend myself against solo dps, I know she was a little OP but over the last year they just blatantly nerfed her over and over and over again, his damage and his heals.

TL;DR: OW is even more shit now, they just buff dps and nerf healers to hell because they have to keep the dps salty babies happy.

Pity LDM has kids now and doesn't draw as much. I've been watching for DCP to advance for years.
