a coherent, readable, and unique atmosphere within a game that gives it a clear identity and vision that shines through, even if there are flaws, much like how people can have unique personalities but also faults. I don't agree that the game has to have shit graphics to have soul, I played Half Life: Alyx recently and that game has damn near photorealistic graphics but whatever your opinions are on the quality of its gameplay I would consider it a game with soul.
