Codex basically don't crack anymore. Nearly all the scene groups have had a fit and given up after the recent raid. Most cracks you'll see will be from Peer to Peer crackers like Empress.

Don't care. I got it for free with my 5700xt.

If you want to try yourself, I recommned Goldberg Steam Emulator. It's open source even and has good documentation in the readme. At least I was able to figure it out when I used it the first time.

I waited months for this and eventually gave in and got a PS4 copy for 35€. I wasn't expecting anything and was still disappointed. At least I managed to sell the game back for 35€ so nothing lost.

Also some Steam games also have SteamStub on their exes, which is a different form of DRM - basically a wrapper that makes it so the game can't run without a Steam client running. Luckily this is extremely easy to remove with this: github.com/atom0s/Steamless/releases

So for me the flow is like this
1. Get the game's original Steam files.
2. Use Steamless on the exe. Either it removes SteamStub or it gives an error, which means the exe didn't have SteamStub to begin with.
3. Use Goldberg Steam Emu and set it up like I want (to block all network connections, in my case).

And this is the most basic tutorial now to use a game's untouched Steam files.

Looks like they had a half a year contract with denuvo. They probably didnt have much faith in it considering all of capcoms previous denuvo games got cracked fast. They'll probably go with longer contracts now that Denuvo is proven to be uncrackable for their future releases.
