Anyway, why are people blaming the site itself for what it's users are uploading? Nexus has a lot of issues (especially with recently making it more inconvenient to download mods without premium) but the site's administration can't be blamed for this.

The fallacy is that leftist view a lot of their postulates as centrist or "normal", so when they meet with right-wing postulates, they're so far from theirs that it seems like far-right. If they viewed their postulates accordingly, then the "distance" between views would be smaller. I mean, if you call being against gay marriage a far-right postulate, then what do you call parties who want gay sex to be a criminal offense, perhaps even punishable by death as is the case in some Muslim countries? By calling people who are against gay marriage far-right, you effectively label every government in the world before second half of 20th century as far-right.
