What are the biggest red flags when you're adding someone on Steam?
>They have pronouns in their bio
>They're VAC banned
>They have a furry avatar
>They have less than 100 games
Other urls found in this thread:
The pronouns thing, but also
>CS:GO gambling site in their username/bio
>uses that one online tool to add """windows""" to their profile
>turns profile artwork into "Social Media" gifs. Or worse still, those flashy "username" gifs
>comments are all spam or turned off
>entire profile is public private (basically, its not private, but theres no details actually shared like recent games etc)
>trade bans
I ignore VAC bans because of three things. Firstly, VAC is a very terrible anti-cheat and always has been, easy to bypass. Secondly, VAC is a permanent ban, while a person's personality and drive to cheat aren't permanent. Lastly, 95% of games on Steam aren't secured by VAC, even if they say they are.

i add everyone. i'm no racist. nobody random ever adds me though. dunno why they would anyway
>comments turned off
i don't like spam and if you want to talk to me pm me don't be a bitch
>public private
why would you care how many hours they have in a game unless you're a bitch looking for a cheater?
>Anime profile picture
>has twitch channel in their name
>from brazil, phillipines, poland, or any other third world shithole
>"welcome to my profile"
>extremely long and unnecessary explanation on what their status means(online, away, offline, etc) and what you should do accordingly for each
>steam level is higher than their game count
>Zig Forums groups
>lists their specs
there's probably more that i'm missing but i see these in particular so much its fucking annoying
>lists their specs
fug
Thirld worlders are always a wild card, they vary from cancer brazilians to super chill bros
Anime has taken over steam and 4chin, you cant do anything but seethe for me, bucko
Tranny flag incorporated into their profile pic is the biggest red flag
Nah dawg. You should seethe.
i have one and i ignore all those that have one
>huge list of quotes from themself that show you how quirky and random they are
>their profile isn't private
Immediate nope, they're a groomer or a zoomer.
>Huge paragraph that's "About Me" or "How to Add Me As a Friend" complete with instructions
Here is one
>Using steam at all
>has anime profile pic
>plays anime games
It's a tranny who wants to tell you about communism.
>adding randos on steam
red flag on you m8
i added my mom
> excessive amounts of emphasis on their inventories
> only plays cs go or Dota 2
> anime profile with other anime retard coments on profile
> cs go gambling site on their name
Based GOGchad
What about the opposite? I personally like profiles that have quality screenshots of the games they play
>Using Steam
>Having more than 1 game on Steam.
ngmi
>doesn't have a cute anime girl avatar
This.
Manga profile picture, however, is extremely based.
I know this girl and she lists her specs in her Steam bio and has a link to an Instagram page where she uploads multiple photos of her computer parts at different angles. Is this a red flag?
She clearly has autism but might yet be cool. Worth a chance I'd say.
I love those as well. They're unfortunately very rare as people usually just screencap some CSGO moment littered with HUD and chat logs
If you tried to subvert my expectations with your post you have succeeded.
>animated profile pic border
>animated background
>level higher than 30
Automatic yikes from me dawg.
Depends on the parts and specs, you dunce.
Simple as
