Absolutely. Best thing Arkane ever did.

It's not a bad game but it isn't for everyone and like half the crew of the space station is gay according to their personnel files if that sort of thing bothers you. Solid mechanics but really really shit enemy design outside of the mimics.

It’s pretty cool, but also gets way cheap on sales. If you have other things to play and don’t mind waiting I’ve seen it for as low as $7.
Probably still worth the $30 tho.

yeah the gloo/stun/pistol all suck and the later weapons are much better, especially upgraded
you just use the gloo gun for climbing and small puzzles once you have a better weapon

Maybe for most Typhon and when it's not upgraded, but if you upgrade the stun gun for it shreds through Technopaths and hostile Operators.

This, it's probably still worth 30 but it drops below 10 bucks all the time

Combat will literally be nothing but psyshock+wrench or psyshock+shotgun if you go that path, otherwise you'll mix it up with an enemy weakness. This game could have used some kind of auto weapon like an SMG at least.

I got it for like $8 on steam, wait for a sale.

I dunno, Dishonored 1-2 are contenders for me. Not DotO, that was lazy and designed like ass. Woke b-teams, yay. At least Prey was awesome.

Dishonored 1 has a shit story and 2 isn't optimized for PC so it's automatically disqualified.

Gameplay's pretty boring, the environment is bland, most of the enemies are just annoying rather than being any fun to fight and the epic 'zomg you were an alien all along' tweest is signposted so heavily that the story is of no interest beyond the first ten minutes. Worth a pirate at best.
