To match what you’ll get on console you need more powerful components on PC.

4790 can barely do 60fps in current gen games. 1660 Ti is definitely weaker than a PS5. RAM is shit. No SSD.

hyper threading is 8 logic cores, only 4 of which can write to ram in a given clock cycle. It can still do 8x the math.

You're still going to get bottlenecks unless you're fine with the max framerate of your games.
