Isshin on charmless bell. He's easy on normal but the hardest video game challenge I ever had without the charm and with bell active. Holy shit, the amount of running and dying there was.
Fucker took me an hour and a half

Manus
Double ice girl from Nioh
Prenerf hellfire Diablo in Diablo 3
I remember getting 1 hit killed by those shadow clones, more dangerous than Diablo xirself. Dealt with them by setting bunch of traps
he truly forces you to get good on charmless, his attacks do way to much damage to get away with blocking instead of parrying
Mortal Mode Gohma Core was probably the only boss I've given up on in all of my vidya playing, which means I couldn't 100% vanilla Asura's Wrath.
Do really hard rhythm game levels count? Cause if so Light it Up on Expert in Beat Saber. No I still haven't beaten any of the Camellia tracks on Expert+.
DS3 Midir was by far the hardest
Him
Sarah Hall in realistic
Pixy
Jaquio
I'm not all too good at shmups and Koishi kicked my ass for a while before I beat the extra stage on Hard
Scared to try LoLK
you can't choose difficulties for the extra stage in SA (and most other touhou games)
Threeway between Sans, Nightmare King Grimm and fucking Yellow Devil Mk 2

In case someone here hasn't done it before, you can fight him without even having to play Undertale.
That fucking giant alien thing on Blarg Station in Ratchet and Clank. But only because it looks kinda like a giant cockroach and I was scared of cockroaches back then.
Not sure on the name, but it was one of the optional bosses in FF12. It was some kind of dragon, and it's health was so insanely high it didn't even make sense. I looked it up on google and apparently jt takes hours to beat. As a result FF12 is the only FF game I've played and not beaten all the extra stuff. I did Penance hard mode (no Yojimbo cheese) and it had nothing on this fucking thing. You have to be Japanese or autistic to beat it. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
This fucker
Inner agent 3
>not beating it with only the wrench for the skill-point.
What a looooooser.
Real talk, Undyne The Undying is impossible. I wrote a macro script for the sole purpose of beating that fight and still couldn't do it. Had to give up on my genocide run altogether.
Vergil 3
This fucking bitch on Hard difficulty.
I was too pussy to go back there and had to hire my friend to do it by letting him borrow Gran Turismo for a week to get the skill point
came here to post this, I've never been stuck on anything as long as this thing
For me, it's the Path of Pain
Just move in circles for the spear bits and the yellow arrow pattern is literally the same everytime so if you REALLY suck you can write it down.
Halo 5 legendary the final double warden fight without cheesing it with your stomp ability. No, I’m not doing it for real.
The wind sure is howling.
Noice, I still got it even after like 3 years.
Depends.
Unfair fight: Mysterious Figure from BBS.(PSP version) That fucker took me ONE WEEK! with Terra
Fair: Yozora/Lingering will both took me between 1-2 hours with more deaths to Yozora i think
I gave up on it after 6 hours of trying. I was never a platforming guy but damn that shit is hard.
hope there is something similar in Silk Song
I couldn't beat the dragon quest iv final boss no matter how much I tried, then I looked up some guide which said I was roughly 10 levels underleveled. Stopped playing after that.
