Framerate and build variety.
weapon/build variety. owned bitch
I bought bloodborne like a year or two ago, and then stopped an hour in to wait for the PS5 boost mode. Bump very excited to play this game with my friend
combat
lolno
combat unironically
IMO Bloodborne has the worst hub area (fuck off dollfags) other than DaS1.
not being stuck in a underpowered machine
It's not ~30 fps.
>Wait and shield is better combat than actually fighting the opponent
Lmao
The human mind cannot spot the difference between 30fps and 60fps
you know you can play dark souls without a shield and do fine, right?
level design
central yharnam is godlike and it drops off after that heavily
Framerate
performance and build variety
I prefer the estus flask system. You don't even really need to alter anything else. Just have a default amount on spawn, and allow pickups to refresh any you've used.
central yharnam is fucking dull. forbidden woods is the only good vanilla level
Build variety and RPG elements. The Bloodborne weapons are fun but they're all pretty much dash and mash
World design.
Bloodborne has more consistently good level design, though.
pvp
Dark souls is better than bloodborne
>build variety
>weapon variety
>better level design
>story isn't a illogical mess
>encourages you to play different styles
Honestly Bloodborne is a pretty good game, is just not the great PS4 exclusive that everyone seems to see as a god. I'd argue that is the most creative souls game.
Yeah, i'm with this.
Still BB is a better game.
super-groupies.com
Dark Souls doesn't have a watch, backpack and wallet.
>>story isn't a illogical mess
lmao
>is just not the great PS4 exclusive that everyone seems to see as a god
yes it is
/thread
Estus flasks are much better than the consumable system.
>story isn't a illogical mess
>Lovecraftian horror
>logical
It's a fantastic nightmare, but...
BB is seriously one overrated af game. I'm not really into the sickcore genre.
Bloodborne combat is a good idea that is sloppily implemented. DS combat is much more focused in design and execution even if you personally dislike the pacing.
No, is not. It deserves every acclaim it has had, even if it has some technical flaws with low fps.
Other way around, unfortunately.
Bloodborne has some of the best art design I've ever seen in a game. It's far more unique than Dark Souls fantasy fare
