I tried, but after being promised BotW I was actually given MMO-like sponge combat with floating numbers and umpteen tiny incremental upgrades to my stats. Elemental interactions are also much less environmental and more like a char1 -> char2 combo routine.
For a supposed BOTW clone it's much less creative and much more geared towards stat grind.
World is pretty, no doubt about that. Your movespeed will eventually make you consider suicide though. But what am I saying, you will be considering suicide from the moment Paimon opens her mouth.
