Damn that was way more fun than I expected it to be. Such an underrated game

Only good game in the series
Why does a Mario game have a hip-hop soundtrack?
Played a bit of it on dolphin a while ago, really enjoyed actually, just got lm3 on my switch though, so playing that atm, really good too
Don't forget to finish the first one, it's short but great
Yeah, planning to eventually, also downloaded lm2 on my 3ds through cfw, but it kept freezing and crashing, so I'll prob never play that one
maybe try different cia, i haven't had that problem
Yeah maybe worth it, idk if I'll ever have the time, got a huge backlog of games atm, lm3, mario odyssey, sunshine (though considering the things I've read i may get bored soon), Luigi's mansion 1, got the spyro reignited trilogy recently too, then was planning another botw playthrough with dlc
i have the 'tism where i couldn't play lm3 if i didn't play lm2 but it's your call. despite many people complaining about the mission structure i liked the game overall.
>so I'll prob never play that one
Citra on PC
Yeah I get that, i used to be like that, then i stopped playing games as much due to not having much time, and i ended up not playing the games i really wanted to, because i couldn't be fucked to play the older ones, then i just forced myself to get over it and play whatever, as long as the storyline isn't important
>i couldn't play lm3 if i didn't play lm2
Holy shit same with literally every franchise ever. But the minimum requirement for me is to play the first game in the series. I hate that and want to get rid of that OCD shit
i plan to live long and less and less new games are interesting so i'm not too worried about my backlog, but you do you. lm3 is great so have fun!
How does that work with the 2screens shit, I've always been put off 3ds emulators
Is the 3DS version good or should I emulate the GC one?
I've only played a bit of both of them, but preferred the original gamecube one, plus on dolphin upscaled to 4k it actually looks pretty damn good
Like pic related. Touch screen = mouse click. And it runs fine even on my wooden PC
Hmm, looks like a bit of a pain, I'd want to use a controller, I'll probably just try sort my 3ds if i ever get round to playing it
for games that require odd stylus input it is kind of a pain, but what can you do. you can also rescale windows so that the bottom screen takes up much less of the screen
>I'd want to use a controller
Yeah you use a controller but sometimes if you want to just click something you click it. I mean yeah playing stuff like Kid Icarus Uprising is retarded but games like Luigi's Mansion 2 that don't have touch controls are perfectly fine
>YFW BLACKOUT
Ah fair enough, if I can't get my 3ds working with a new rom, maybe worth a go, they're fun games
Scared me a lot back then.
What's that? DO I SMELL... LUIGIFAGS?!!!!
Ey King Boo, howd you get any work done with Hellen Gravely shaking that fat ass all over the place?
I miss the writing and atmosphere of gamecube era games. Luigi's comments on things when you observed them with the game boy horror were so charming. Same with the original Animal Crossing as a whole.
Yeah, LM1 was unique
LM1 had so much soul
I had so many sexual fantasies about Luigi when I played this game as a 12 year old
I WON'T TALK ABOUT THAT WITH NO ONE
>Luigi's comments on things when you observed them
Even though I think there were no unique phrases for various objects, they were just random, I think that it gave Luigi some personality which other Mario characters obviously lack. Well, except for maybe Rosalina
Sky3DS works fine
A lot of the games felt like dk64 to me. The world is kind of unstable...like some code is going to fall apart and throw you into the void easily. A lot of good mysterious vibes in most games, even if they seem colorful and cartoony on the surface
BURN IN HELL YOU LIAR!!!!!
I was expecting a ton of hellen gravely art the day the game came out. Shame there isn't going to be art of her this October as well.
