That's surprising. Considering they released WC3: Refunded, I would have thought neo-Blizzard was prepared to release literally anything

>check website
>it's real

>"later this year"
saawry but just -that- wont cut it, cause later this year implies several weeks tops (not much left anyway) while current (shit) state of beta would preferably asked for months

FUCK
I was planning to buy my new pc soon, and get it around the 15th
Then buy the time i level up a new char SL would drop so i get bfa for free
Shit

If they release it november they fucked themself so hard Ccyberpunk PS5 all november nobody will play tranniesland.

>it was THIS bad
oh NO NO NO NO NO NO

>was going to upgrade PC instead of new consoles
>SL is delayed
Well that pushes back the luxury purchase of a new GPU at least.

there's no way they're stupid enough to release it in november with cyberpunk, cod, assassins creed, demon's souls and new consoles etc
xmas release boys

It’s going to be when FF14 releases 5.4. So December.

wow doesnt compete with these games...

Maybe if they just went back to TBC philosophy and stopped adding a million "systems" to have busy work they wouldn't have such big problems with balancing and polishing

have dungeons
have raids
have pvp
have dailies

As long as you have enough of them (and tbc had a ton) that is enough to keep people busy.

osrschads... I kneel

>Blizzard has a commitment to quality. We believe Shadowlands will be something special, and we’ve heard from many of you who feel the same. We need this extra time to ensure that Shadowlands lives up to its full potential.

They aren't the same people who designed the basic systems so they don't think that's enough gameplay.
Just having some challenging areas with cool quests would do it for me but no, everything is piss easy outside of raids.

The classic chads are laughing at as retail bros. With Shadowlands released it will overlap with Naxx. No one will play Trannylands when they can go back and experience original 40 man Naxx. Then it's TBC beta.

Let's face it retail bros, we lost.

>they focused too much on that one tranny character everyone hated
>Now they have to go back and actually think about the game
Woops

>inb4 they delay Naxx too so it doesn't overlap

Imagine being a fat nerd and thinking wow requires a good rig

tbc heroics were hard. damn M+ isn't as hard because all you do is tank and spam for 80% of it.

imagine still playing this shit

But Classic is also retail?

Besides, it's also shit, just in (mostly) different ways.

>tbc heroics were hard
no

Even by today's standards of play, I'd really rather not run the tougher half of pre-nerf heroics (Old Hillsbrad, Arcatratz, Mana Tombs, Botanica, etc) with randoms. Hell, I wouldn't necessarily expect to complete them, even with difficulty, without a stacked comp if I did (e.g. I can only imagine randoms pulling Old Hillsbrad patrols, tank gets scattered, reinforcements run around 1-shotting everyone else, and they keep respawning).

Now, for the same reasons people are killing vanilla raid bosses in 15 seconds, the subjective difficulty would nowadays be much lower. But then, how people often did the tougher pre-nerf heroics was with cheese comps like triple CC or double healer - or they didn't: they were fairly elite-exclusive at the time. With the skill advantage you end up with content that, with a good group, is doable without cheesing it, but tough. You can't half-ass them.

They're too busy making World of Wokecraft to bother making new content to WoW.

>I would have thought neo-Blizzard was prepared to release literally anything

They are out of shit to burn down. WoW needs to stay alive as a cash cow in case they pozz Diablo too hard

>later this year
Considering the state of the betas, 2021 would be better.

hell yeah!

Refunded made history in Metacritic being the worst reviewed game, while OWL has less people watching it than fucking SMITE SPL.
