Does anybody have a way that they know works, is it really completely random, best to use warpzones or not? What is the highest world warpzone you’ve found

The theory on the way it works is that the level you pick goes into a pool, and when you beat a level you go to a random different one in the pool. The only way to get to high worlds if you don’t have them unlocked yet is to hope someone else picked one and get lucky enough to reach it. The warp zones are good in this regard as they let you pick a level out of a group of three.

Yeah it seems to take the levels people picked and put it into a queue or pool or something. Try Special Battle, it uses randomized levels so you see much more variation (although it seems you have to unlock them first to see them)

Do you think those three in the warp zone are also peoples picks? Yea its true that you can get to a higher level that way, but how did they get there originally? There must be a way to do it without someone putting it into the pool or else nobody would have the higher levels

When you beat the top level you unlocked by reaching the flagpole it unlocks the next one
I don’t think you can unlock them out of order

You *can* play levels you haven't unlocked yet with a glitch by moving the cursor really quickly after choosing a level

Ohkay that make sense, i got confused because i have one separated level in world 5, i guess someone put that into the poll and i beat it. I guess i never beat 4-2 officially because i kept taking the warp pipe

No, if you beat a level it unlocks the next one in order, so if you have reached 4-4 and hit the axe at the end then 5-1 is unlocked for the next time you play

Yea but i guess i just keep beating 4-2 through the warpzone, but now it makes sense because i didnt know when you beat a level it unlocks the next, now i know how its possible to get all the way to 8-4

Couple of times. Had a match yesterday were it was me and one other person for about 10 minutes before I ran out of time. At on point we were sending about 6 Bowser's back and forth among all the other shit.

39 out of 82 total matches played. So yeah, 48% of the time. I got 1-1 to 5-4 unlocked.

For me it only shows the highest single round of coins I have and for some reason thats the only thing that counts in the ranking system. Your best single round

That is exactly how it works and it also does so if someone else puts the one before it in the pool.
So far best I've gotten is 4-3 because every time I've gotten to the level I win while playing it since it took so long to appear. But I've also got 5-1 unlocked since someone added 4-4 to the pool another time.

This is good to know, i thought i never beat 4-2 but i apparently have, but 4-3 hasnt unlocked and i think its because i have 3-4 unlocked and it was never beat, so i probably got 4-1 and 4-2 separately from people picking them, so you need to actually beat every level leading up to a level if you want to unlock it, not just the one before it.
